Mr. and Mrs. Ozeren.
I got to dance with the groom!
And a brief dance with the wedding photographer!
Surprisingly my food went down a treat... thankfully.
It was a lovely wedding with all those close to Yavuz and Kevser present. Then we all met up at Roosters on the square and had a drink with the happy couple and their friends on the balcony.
Have a happy married life!!!
Your tomato salads look gorgeous! Too pretty to eat...however with fresh tomatoes, one tray would have been just enough for me! There is nothing like home grown produce...especially tomatoes. I just finished my last 1/2 pt. of fig preserves. They are my favorite! The squash relish turned out yummy too. I can't wait to try it with fish. Get a good night's sleep!

Thanks Sherry! What was your fig preserve recipe? Im thinking about trying a few and comparing!
ReplyDeleteIt is so easy:
ReplyDeleteFig Preserves
6 cups figs
3 cups sugar
1 cup white syrup
1 cup water
Put sugar, water, and syrup in pan. Bring to a boil. Drop figs in and bring back to a boil for 10-15 min. Set aside for 2 hours. Put back on stove and cook 30-40 min. Fill jars and seal.
